1. Cancellation Policy

a. Class Bookings

  • Users may cancel a booked class at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the class may not be eligible for a refund.

b. Subscription Plans / Packages

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

  • However, once a billing cycle has started, it will continue until the end of the current period.


2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental transactions

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased services

  • Cancellation within the allowed time frame

b. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Missed classes or no-shows

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Partial use of a subscription or package

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, users must contact us at yuvarunfoundation@gmail.comΒ within 5–7 days of the transaction.

  • Please include transaction details such as:

    • Name

    • Date of purchase

    • Payment reference ID


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
